Vacuum Painting - Diamond

Equipment developed for the primer painting process with total economy of inputs (water-based ink and UV). Its operation consists of giving a messy bath of paint in the profile of MDF, MDP, pine, eucalyptus, wood or similar materials with an orderly aspiration, achieving the weight that is expected, with a vacuum suction system. It also has pumps for application, filters and material replenishment, thus avoiding equipment downtime. It is used from a single equipment, even on complex production lines, and can operate at high speeds, according to the customer's needs.
